Ap\u00f3s a crise, a empresa realizou provis\u00e3o para \u201cimpairment\u201d (baixa cont\u00e1bil por perda de valor de ativos) de R$ 2,57 bilh\u00f5es \u2014 um evento extraordin\u00e1rio e n\u00e3o recorrente, sem efeito caixa. Outro efeito n\u00e3o recorrente que impactou os resultados foi a transfer\u00eancia de 80% da Eleva\u00e7\u00f5es Portu\u00e1rias, que opera os terminais T16 e T19 no Porto de Santos, para a CLI (Corredor Log\u00edstica e Infraestrutura).<\/p>\n<p>Desconsiderando esses impactos extraordin\u00e1rios, a Rumo calcula que no segundo trimestre deste ano o lucro l\u00edquido ajustado teve aumento de 1,4%, para R$ 731 milh\u00f5es, contra R$ 721 milh\u00f5es no mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>A receita operacional l\u00edquida da companhia cresceu 3,8% no segundo trimestre, chegando a R$ 3,7 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O Ebitda (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o) somou R$ 1,9 bilh\u00e3o no per\u00edodo, tamb\u00e9m revertendo um resultado negativo de R$ 264 milh\u00f5es registrado no ano anterior, devido aos eventos extraordin\u00e1rios. O Ebitda ajustado foi de R$ 2,3 bilh\u00f5es, com avan\u00e7o de 6,4% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.<\/p>\n<p>O volume transportado pela Rumo no trimestre foi de 21,8 bilh\u00f5es de TKU (tonelada por quil\u00f4metro \u00fatil), com crescimento de 4% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo de 2024. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o no corredor Norte, o principal da companhia, teve aumento de 8% nos volumes, para 18 bilh\u00f5es de TKU, impulsionado pelo maior volume de soja e pelo avan\u00e7o de novas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de celulose e bauxita.<\/p>\n<p>A d\u00edvida l\u00edquida do grupo chegou a R$ 14,2 bilh\u00f5es em junho, um aumento de 12,9% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo de 2024. A alavancagem financeira, medida pela rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre d\u00edvida l\u00edquida e Ebitda ajudado, ficou em 1,8 vez, contra 1,6 vez no ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Os investimentos da companhia somaram R$ 1,4 bilh\u00e3o no trimestre, valor 18,6% maior do que no mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado.
