Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o GBMX<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Greenbrier Maxion, maior ind\u00fastria ferrovi\u00e1ria da Am\u00e9rica do Sul, venceu a edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Pr\u00eamio Revista Ferrovi\u00e1ria 2025 na categoria \u201cMelhor fabricante de Material Rodante \u2013 vag\u00f5es\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refer\u00eancia na concep\u00e7\u00e3o e produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vag\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicos e eficientes, a GBMX vem investindo em automa\u00e7\u00e3o, padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos vag\u00f5es e redu\u00e7\u00e3o da quantidade de itens por vag\u00e3o, visando ganho de efici\u00eancia, movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, qualidade e produtividade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os vag\u00f5es GBMX buscam inova\u00e7\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, durabilidade, confiabilidade e seguran\u00e7a, com designs mais leves e aerodin\u00e2micos que reduzem consumo de combust\u00edvel e emiss\u00f5es. Vale destacar o modelo de vag\u00e3o hopper HTT, para o transporte de gr\u00e3os e fertilizantes, que com design e tecnologia consegue redu\u00e7\u00e3o anual no consumo de 151 mil litros de diesel e na emiss\u00e3o de 400 toneladas de CO2. J\u00e1 o modelo total sider FLT para o transporte de celulose, reduz o consumo anual de combust\u00edvel em 38 mil litros de diesel e de emiss\u00e3o de CO2 em 100 toneladas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os projetos de vag\u00f5es s\u00e3o totalmente produzidos no Brasil, e utilizam estudo de fadiga\/desgaste, proporcionando maior vida \u00fatil e confiabilidade do produto. Dentre as caracter\u00edsticas mais importantes no desenvolvimento dos vag\u00f5es est\u00e3o: a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de tara do vag\u00e3o (peso sem carga), o aumento da capacidade de carga e as melhorias na efici\u00eancia de transporte e nos terminais de descarga. A engenharia da empresa desenvolve e fabrica modelos de truques de a\u00e7o fundido para todas as bitolas e capacidades existentes, de acordo os padr\u00f5es de refer\u00eancia da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Americana de Ferrovias (AAR).
