O resultado, que chegou a R$ 3,4 bilh\u00f5es no per\u00edodo, contra R$ 1,2 bilh\u00e3o no ano anterior, foi impulsionado principalmente pela venda da plataforma de aeroportos ao grupo mexicano Asur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A opera\u00e7\u00e3o, conclu\u00edda em setembro deste ano, envolveu R$ 12,2 bilh\u00f5es, sendo R$ 5,2 bilh\u00f5es em pagamento recebido, e o restante em transfer\u00eancia de d\u00edvidas. O impacto positivo no lucro l\u00edquido do trimestre foi de R$ 2,7 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O lucro l\u00edquido ajustado do per\u00edodo, que exclui os efeitos extraordin\u00e1rios n\u00e3o recorrentes, apresentou um aumento de 9,8% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outro fator positivo no per\u00edodo foi o aumento de tr\u00e1fego em rodovias e pelo in\u00edcio de cobran\u00e7a de ped\u00e1gio em concess\u00f5es como a Minas-SP (Fern\u00e3o Dias), a Motiva Paran\u00e1, a Sorocabana e a RioSP. \u00a0No terceiro trimestre, o fluxo de ve\u00edculos equivalentes nas estradas operadas pela empresa teve um aumento de 33,3%. J\u00e1 a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o na plataforma de trilhos avan\u00e7ou 0,5% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A receita de venda de bens e servi\u00e7os da companhia teve uma queda de 2% no trimestre, para R$ 5,6 bilh\u00f5es. A receita l\u00edquida, sem constru\u00e7\u00e3o, teve um aumento de 12,9%, chegando a R$ 2,8 bilh\u00f5es no trimestre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Ebitda (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o) da empresa teve uma queda de 21,7% no trimestre, para R$ 2,35 bilh\u00f5es. J\u00e1 o Ebitda ajustado cresceu 13,4%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A d\u00edvida l\u00edquida consolidada da Motiva terminou o trimestre em R$ 30 bilh\u00f5es, o que representa um avan\u00e7o de 7,5% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A alavancagem financeira, medida pela rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre d\u00edvida l\u00edquida e Ebitda ajustado, terminou o per\u00edodo em 3,2 vezes, uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao indicador de 3,6 vezes registrado no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2025.
